Who We Are

We come from all over: journalism, education, research, policy, digital media – and somehow, one of us used to be a librarian with a knack for conspiracy debunking. What brought us together? A shared mission to build something better than the usual doomscroll.

We write. We edit. We debate commas and question headlines. We also laugh, double-check our sources, and occasionally send each other links that make us yell “why is no one talking about this?” That’s usually where the best stories start.

How We Work

Our process is collaborative, fast-moving, and focused on clarity. We don’t chase fluff or manufacture outrage. We chase stories that inform, challenge, or help readers make smarter choices. Every piece goes through a real editorial process – not just a spellcheck and a shrug.

We meet virtually, argue over which details matter most, and constantly refine what we publish to make sure it’s actually worth your time. We care about headlines that earn your click and reporting that earns your trust.

What We Believe

We believe journalism should serve the reader first. That means transparency, accountability, and a high bar for sourcing. We fact-check, we clarify, and if we get something wrong, we fix it – clearly and publicly. No quiet edits. No finger-pointing.
